Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fishnik Life. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with a tracking number included. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you need your order shipped out same day or next day please email us at info@fishniklife.com before 11:00 am EST and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you ordered a back-order item, please allow more time for your item to ship.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delated by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Fishnik Life is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To ensure your get your purchased goods please confirm you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. We will assist in making any changes to your information on your order – ONLY – if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If the package has been shipped you must wait for return and re-shipped at your cost.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

Fishnik Life provides shipping only within the US.
